on this planet,

throughout the path,

 plotting out the way 

to The Way 

Himself

 We are Found for the Lost 

Lights in the window 

We are outposts of the Kingdom of Heaven

 for Travelers

 who feel themselves to be

 so very

 far

 from

 Home
