No self sacrifice required,
 No self transcendence necessary,
 Take a trip around the board, collect $200, and bonus, avoid jail completely.

 This beautiful rubber check with 
"Your Life Matters" 
written convincingly in the memo,
Paid to you, the gullible recipient.

Not because you worked for it,
Not because you've ever done anything that remotely matters,
Not because you made a positive impact in another's life,
 Nope, no self-sacrifice required whatsoever.

You can sit on your butt, 
or, if you like,
March aimlessly down the street,
 Setting things on fire 
and smashing up others' property 
(something an unintelligent three-year-old could manage, by the way)

 And still, 
Your life gets to matter.

Catching on yet?
(even that three-year-old would get it at this point)

You've been played,  America. 

Seems BLM's throwaway poster child
was well-chosen;
The bills they're passing out
are as useless as his were,
and about as convincing.

To assume one wants to automatically have membership in and be associated with your little club because of their skin color is the height of hypocrisy.

 Last time I checked, most African Americans are intelligent, dignified, decent contributors to society whose Lives Matter based on their own merit, not their skin color.

So go ahead BLM, continue to bully the American people, black and white, into handing you our approval.
Continue to destroy, terrorize, and wreak havoc till you've crushed everyone's freedom of speech but you're own.
Till everyone understands that no ones lives Matter except for yours

But News Flash:
Destructive lives DON'T matter,
Whatever color you are.

Whose Lives Matter?

The Great Gift
Given Every Human Being
is
Choice

Contrary to what the Talking Heads Du Jour
are doling out,
Peddling from their pie holes these days,
Our lives do not Matter
just because we were pooped out onto the planet;
And if we claim they do, this begs the question, 
"To whom?"

Mankind has been presented
with the Extraordinary Privilege
of Making our Lives Matter...

...Or Not.

To accept the welfare checks of self-esteem
being written out wholesale,
paid to the order of "Whosoever Will"
from a bank account woefully in the red and desperately overdrawn
Is to abdicate our God Given Freedom
of Earning
and Owning
How we Matter to Mankind,
Is to indulge in unpareleled naivete and ineptitude,
being conned with cubic zirconias
out of the Diamond of our Dignity.
To buy in to vacuous verbiage is to Sell-out,
Is to willfully choose Slavery
to the Fickle and Groundless
And Very Changeable
Dictums of the Day.

In the end, it will be a jury of our peers
Which reviews the resume we leave behind,
Wherein our value to humanity is determined:
Whether or not our lives benefited our fellow-man in any way
Whether our lives made other lives better
Whether our lives
Did indeed
Matter...

...or Not.
